RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.18785 of 2018 dated 16/10/2018 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.G.THALAIMUTHARASU, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.18785 of 2018 on 16.10.2018. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this court regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that the petitioner has complied with the conditions till 19.10.2018.
