This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the charge sheet in C.C.No.93 of 2019 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kuzhithurai 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner successfully completed his Law Graduate during July 2021 and because of the pendency of this criminal proceedings pending against him, he could not enrol himself as an advocate. Hence, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner requested this Court to earlier disposal of the trial, before the trial Court.

4.Considering the request made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court directs the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kuzhithurai, to expedite the trial in C.C.No.162 of 2018 and dispose the 2/4

same as early as possible, preferably, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected criminal miscellaneous petitions are closed.
