PRAYER IN CRL MP(MD)NO.4923 OF 2020 :- Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed u/s 482 of Cr.P.C. Praying this Court to extend the time stipulated for the surrender of the petitioners and for executing sureties in Crl.O.P(MD)No.7301 of 2020, dated 13.07.2020 on the file of this Court and thus render justice.

PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the Special Judge for Exclusive Trial of Cases registered under SC/ST(POA) Act, 1989, Ramanathapuram, to consider the bail application of the petitioners on the same day of their surrender in Crime No.195 of 2020 on the file of the first and second respondents police.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.7301 of 2020, dated 13/07/2020, for producing the sureties and for excuting the bail bond.

2. The petitioner is granted two more weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the condition earlier imposed on the petitioners.

3.with this direction, this criminal miscellaneous petition stands allowed.
