O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the 1st and 2nd respondents to direct the 3rd respondent not to celebrate the Kodai Festival of Sri Arulmigu Esakkiamman Thirukovil at Sivagamipuram, Panagudi Post, Radhapuram Taluk, Tirunelveli District on 19.06.2017, 20.06.2017 and 21.06.2017 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 07.06.2017.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the Tahsildar, Radhapuram, is going to conduct a peace committee

meeting on 17.06.2017 to resolve the dispute between 'A' Parties and 'B' Parties.

4. Recording the same, this petition is closed with a direction to the petitioners to participate in the peace committee meeting and the police shall implement the orders of the Tahsildar, scrupulously. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
