2.The only request made by the petitioner is to furnish the copy of the sale certificate issued on 21.04.2023, in pursuant to the sale held on 31.01.2023.

3.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent Bank has furnished a copy of the sale certificate to the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4.In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
