O R D E R

This petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and his family members for their life and the petitioner's property, comprised in Survey No.155/6, situated at Vidathukanmai Verpulikuthirai Panjan Village, Purasadiyudaippu Group, Sivagangai Taluk and District, based on the judgement and decree passed in A.S.No.17 of 2018, dated 28.06.2022 and the representation given by the petitioner dated 30.05.2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that there is Page No. 2 of 5

a civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the private respondents. Therefore, the petitioner sent a representation dated 30.05.2024 to the second respondent, but the same has not been considered. Hence, he filed this petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the representation of the petitioner was already considered and closed. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.

4. Since the representation of the petitioner was already considered and closed and nothing survives for further adjudication in this case, recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
