ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Advocate General assisted by the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.

2.My attention is drawn to the revised proceedings issued by the Superintendent of Police dated 18.11.2022. It is stated that the period from 05.11.2019 to 26.08.2021 will be treated as duty for all purposes. The annexure reads that the petitioner will also be paid arrears of pay and allowances separately. The learned Additional Advocate General states that the entire disbursement will be made as per the aforesaid proceedings within a period of twelve weeks. If the petitioner is having any grievance, it is for him to workout his rights separately. 2/4
