ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that the patta in respect of the petition mentioned property stands in the name of the third respondent. According to him, the revenue records should reflect his name. The petitioner is permitted to file an appeal before the jurisdictional Revenue Divisional Officer. The jurisdictional Revenue Divisional Officer after such receipt of appeal from the petitioner shall dispose of the same within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order. Before passing final orders, the RDO has to necessarily put the third respondent on notice. I have not gone into the merits of the matter. All the contentions of the respective parties are left open. The RDO can pass orders one way or the other. 2/4
