ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to register the settlement deed executed by the petitioner in favour of his son Nandakumar on 22.04.2025 as per law. 1/4

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the his father has executed a settlement deed in his favour and patta was also stands in his name.

3. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court, directs the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.04.2025 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight(8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
