ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the offences under Sections 120(B), 457, 380 of IPC in Crime number 213 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner has broke open the temple undiyal.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any such offence and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

4. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is involved previous cases.

Taking into consideration the nature of allegations against the petitioner and the submission of the Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the petitioner is involved in previous case, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner and this petition is dismissed.
