O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 survey and demarcate the boundaries of survey No.182/4 of Vakkampatty Village, Athoor Taluk, Dindigul District and also to provide police protection at the time of survey.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the petitioner has paid the necessary charges to the revenue authorities for survey of his land, but they are not coming to survey the land on account of the disturbance caused by the 4th respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The petitioner is directed to give police complaint, if he apprehends any disturbance from the 4th respondent and on such complaint being made, the 2nd respondent shall provide necessary police protection to the 3rd respondent for survey of the land. The survey shall be conducted by the third respondent within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if there are no other legal impediment.
