ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent no.2 to issue necessary clarifications/Noobjection Certificate in reply to the communication addressed by the respondent no.2 vide proceedings in Na.Ka.No.151/A.Pa.Pi/2023, dated 24.08.2023 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Considering the facts of the case, this Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the official respondents to consider the petitioner's claim, and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
