WHEREAS upon motion this day made unto this Court by MR.R.Alagumani, Advocate for the petitioner, and of Mr.T.Mohan, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents R1 to R3 praying this Court to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the entire records, connected with the detention order of the Respondent No.2 in Detention Order No.54 of 2017 dated 21.07.2017 and quash the same and direct the Respondents to produce the body or person of the detenu by name Pradeesh @ Peruvali, S/o.Dinesh, aged about 21 years, now detained at Madurai Central Prison before this Honourable Court and set him at liberty forthwith.

WHEREAS this Court hath directed issue of notice, returnable by Monday, the Twenty Eighth day of August, Two Thousand and Seventeen (28.08.2017) to the respondents herein to show cause why this petition should not be complied with.
