Respondents PRAYER:Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.03.2017 within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court and direct the second respondent to measure and demarcate the petitioner's property in Survey No.897/1 to an extent of 0.97.00 Hectare.Ares and Survey No.914/1B to an extent of 0.4.00 Hectare.Ares and Survey No.898 to an extent of 0.25.00 Hectare.Ares located at Kalaiyampudhur Village, Palani Taluk, Dindigul District, on the basis of the registered sale deed in Document No.89 of 2012 on the file of the Office of the Joint Sub Registrar No.II, Palani, Dindigul District. For Petitioner : Mr.R.Udhayakumar.

By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner, who claims to have purchased the properties in Survey No.897/1 to an extent of 0.97.00 Hectare.Ares and Survey No.914/1B to an extent of 0.4.00 Hectare.Ares and Survey No.898 to an extent of 0.25.00 Hectare.Ares located at Kalaiyampudhur Village, Palani Taluk, Dindigul District, under a sale deed, dated 06.01.2012, seeks a Mandamus to consider his representation dated 04.03.2017, seeking to measure and demarcate his properties. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. It is seen that the first respondent has forwarded the representation of the petitioner to the second respondent on 13.03.2017.

4. Considering the limited relief, without going into the merits, I direct the second respondent to pass orders on the representation of the petitioner, dated 04.03.2017 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If there is any dispute, the second respondent shall issue notice to any other person who is shown to be interested or whose name appears in the revenue records and hear them before passing any order.

5. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of as above. No costs.
