For Respondent : Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C. PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Cr.No.429 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who is the sole accused, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(B), 323, 427 & 506(i) IPC and Section 4 of TNPWH Act, 2002, in Crime No.429 of 2020, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the accused and the defacto complainant are belonged to same village. On 01.09.2020 at about 03.40 p.m. when the defacto complainant was standing outside of her house, the accused came there and he abused the defacto complainant by using filthy language and he attacked the defacto complainant by wooden log and also attacked one Periyadurai. Hence, the complaint.

CRL OP(MD).No.10675 of 2020 3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, submitted that on the date of occurrence, the petitioner in a drunken mood earlier quarreled with the lady, who was walking along the road and then go to a grocery shop and quarreled with the owner of the shop and also attacked one Periyadurai. Hence, the complaint.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that in drunken mood the petitioner quarreled with various person without any reasons, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
