ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/accused 4 and 6, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 395 and 397 IPC, in Crime No.290 of 2023, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that while the defacto complainant was driving his Swift car, the petitioners along with other accused waylaid him and by showing knife had snatched cash of Rs.15,000/- and the said car from the defacto complainant. Hence, the complaint.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also the seriousness and gravity of the offence alleged against the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
