*********** [Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] The petitioner seeks for issuance of a direction to grant permission to conduct a cultural programme on 26.07.2017 and 29.07.2017 night at about 07.00 P.M. to 12.00 A.M. in connection with a temple festival and to the said effect, he has submitted a representation to the respondent on 14.06.2017. Since the representation has not been considered, the petitioner is before this Court.

2. Considering the fact that the representation is still pending with the respondent, this Court is not inclined to give any positive direction in this writ petition, but, would direct the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 14.06.2017 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two days from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
