This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash FIR in Crime No.295 of 2019 on the file of the Inspector of Police, South Police Station, Rajapalayam.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent would contend that already the case has been closed as Mistake of Fact to that effect final report also filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rajapalayam and notice also sent to the defacto complainant. 3.Recording the above said submissions, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
