ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petition mentioned JCB is said to be in the custody of the first respondent. The petitioner wants interim custody of the same. 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents pointed out that as many as 6 cases under M&M (D&R) Act were registered against the petitioner herein. Since the antecedents of the petitioner are not good, I am not inclined to grant relief. It is open to the petitioner to move the Court below and obtain appropriate orders. 4.With this liberty to the writ petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
