O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.) The petitioner has come up with this writ petition to direct the respondents 1 to 5, not to grant any license or permission for opening a domestic oil ginning mill at 152/1, Ganapathi Street, Ponmeni Main Road, Madurai - 10. 2.We give liberty to the petitioner to submit a representation to the third respondent. The third respondent is directed to inspect the premises in question and take a decision, as to whether it would be legally permissible to permit the sixth respondent herein to locate the oil ginning mill at 152/1, Ganapathi Street, Ponmeni Main Road, Madurai - 10, with notice to the petitioner and the sixth respondent. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the representation.

3.The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
