PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent not to register any documents which submits by the 3rd respondent herein in respect of Survey No.396/10A, Elakudivilai, Vilathurai Village, Kunnathoor, Kanniyakumari District, without considering the objections which is raised by the petitioner in her representation, dated 17.03.2025 and consequently, to direct the respondents to give opportunity of hearing to the petitioner before passing any orders. ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent not to register any documents which submits by the 3rd respondent herein in respect of Survey No.396/10A, Elakudivilai, Vilathurai Village, Kunnathoor, Kanniyakumari District, without considering the objections which is raised by the petitioner in her representation, dated 17.03.2025 and consequently, to direct the respondents to give opportunity of hearing to the petitioner before passing any orders. 2.This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the respondents to conduct enquiry by issuing notice to the petitioner and the 3rd respondent and pass orders in accordance to law. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
