This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to give adequate police protection for the life and limb of the petitioner and his father, based on the representation dated 23.09.2020.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that F.I.R is registered as against the private respondent in Crime No.224 of 2021 and it is pending for investigation.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
