RESPONDENT / RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to grant an order of extension of time ,granted in the order made in Crl.O.P.(MD) NO.16959 of 2018 dated 26/09/2018 on the file of this Honourable Court and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.T.VADIVELAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.V.NEELAKANDAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners' surrender and execute sureties in Crl.O.P(MD)No.16959 of 2018, dated 26.09.2018.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 3.It is seen that there was a delay of more than one month to execute the sureties and surrender before the Trial Court by the petitioners.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered on condition that the petitioners shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,000 (Rupees one thousand only), each to the credit of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Dt.Siddha Med Officer CCRI PKM, State Bank of India, Periyakulam, A/c.No.10767823177, IFSC Code: SBIN0000898, MICR Code: 625002601, and on such deposit, the time for surrender and to execute the sureties is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
