Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to settle the terminal benefits of the petitioner's husband Late Soundararajan to her including Provident Fund, Gratuity and Earned Leave Salary together with interest at the rate of 18% per annum payable from the date of retirement of herhusband from the service of the first respondent corporation to till the date on which the above benefits are settled to her.

It is stated by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Corporation that the terminal benefits of the petitioner's husband along with interest has been paid to the petitioner and hence, the prayer sought for in the present writ petition has become infructuous.
