The Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking an order for substituted service of notice on the third respondent by way of paper publication in one issue of a local Tamil daily having circulation in Coimbatore. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and also perused the records.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed and the petitioners are permitted to effect substituted service for the third respondent by paper publication in Tamil Daily viz., Malai Malar, in Coimbatore Edition, indicating the date of hearing as 06.07.2026. The publication shall be effected on or before 25.06.2026.

4. Post the matter on 06.07.2026.
