ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.I.Pinaygash, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.V.Neelakandan, Additional Public Prosecutor, for the respondents 1 and 2, this Court made the following order:

"This Petition is filed to extend the time granted in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.5469 of 2020, dated 26.05.2020.

2. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. This Court has already granted eight weeks time to the petitioners to surrender before the jurisdictional Special Court. Now they request further time to surrender before the Jurisdictional Special Court.

4. Considering the current situation, the time for surrender before the Jurisdictional Special Court already granted is extended by two weeks from today. This petition is ordered accordingly"
