This petition has been filed seeking to direct the second respondent to register a case based on the order in Cr.M.P.No.3528 of 2018 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Srivilliputhur, dated 22.05.2018.

2.Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the official respondent. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that pursuant to the filing of this petition, the respondent police had registered a case in Crime No.532 of 2018, under Sections 147, 294 (b) and 506(i) of I.P.C. and it would be sent to the concerned Court.

4.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
