O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to conduct survey based on the petitioner's application, dated 05.04.2025.

2.Heard Mr.P.Balamurugan, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.M.Lingadurai, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents. 3.The petitioner's claim is based on Patta Nos.149 and 174 standing in the name of the Writ Petitioner. The petitioner has made an application recently on 05.04.2025.

4.In the light of the above, the respondents are directed to conduct survey and dispose of the petitioner's application, dated 05.04.2025 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of sixteen weeks from 2/4

the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If necessary, the first respondent shall take necessary assistance of the jurisdictional police officials and in which event, the cost of the same shall borne by the petitioner.
