ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.) Alleging wilful disobedience and non-compliance with the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.1700 of 2025 dated 23.01.2025, the present Contempt Petition has been filed.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the State submitted that a final order has since been passed under Section 6 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act.

3.In view of the above submission, it is open to the authorities concerned to proceed further in accordance with law. Inasmuch as a final order has already been passed, no further orders are required in the present Contempt Petition.
