Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.JEGADEESH PANDIAN M, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit to comply with the condition prescribed in the order in Crl.O.P(MD) No.9739 of 2022 dated 01.06.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks time to produce sureties, since the petitioners are unable to execute sureties within the stipulated time prescribed by this Court.

3.
