ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to give police protection to the petitioner for conducting the final rites of her mother in her own land in Survey No.48/10A, situated at Ambalathadi Village, Madurai North Taluk, Madurai District.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that enquiry was conducted and closed on 14.09.2021.
