O R D E R

This petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to take appropriate action against the fourth respondent by conducting enquiry based on the petitioner's representation dated 17.02.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that due to the civil dispute between the petitioner and the fourth respondent, the petitioner sent a representation dated 17.02.2025, but the same has not been considered. Hence, she filed this petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that they received the representation of the petitioner and the same is pending for enquiry by the second respondent. They will consider and take appropriate action within 15 days. Page No. 2 of 5

4. Considering the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without issuing notice to the fourth respondent, is inclined to pass orders.

5. Since the representation of the petitioner is under consideration of the third respondent, this Court directs the third respondent to consider the same and take appropriate action in accordance with law within a period of 15 days from the date of this order, after affording opportunity to both the parties.

6. With the abovesaid observations and directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
