ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to accord adequate police protection to put up the fencing to the property in Survey No.737/87 at Maruthur Village, Kulithalai Circle, Karur District.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to file a fresh complaint before the fourth respondent and the fourth respondent is directed to complete the investigation within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. After the receipt of the same, the fourth respondent to consider the same and pass appropriate orders on merits.
