ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 3rd and 4th respondents not to interfere with the civil dispute and also not to harass the petitioners herein. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2.Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents 1 to 4.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent police submits that on the complaint given by fifth respondent, the petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. The same is recorded.

4.It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioners in the guise of enquiry and harass them.

5.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
