: Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus or any other appropriate writ or order or direction in the nature of writ calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order dated 12.05.2017 and quash the same as far as withholding the allotment order for non production of fresh community certificate and consequently directing the 1st respondent to allow the petitioner to joint the post of Assistant in Medical & Rural Health Services by accepting the already issued community certificate dated 07.07.1988.
