This Writ Petition has been filed, seeking direction to the Respondents to allot the Madurai Tammukkam ground at Tallakulam to all the fire cracker sellers and forbearing the 1st Respondent to allot the Tamukkam ground to any single person for sale of fire crackers at the time of Deepavali festival from 03.11.2018 to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

06.11.2018 on the basis of Petitioner's representation dated 03.10.2018.

2.We are not inclined to entertain this writ petition as the petitioner has approached this Court at the last stage. However, we direct the 1st respondent to look into the pending representation of the petitioner dated 03.10.2018 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.This Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
