ORDER
The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to the the respondents 1 and 2 to give police protection for the life and limb of the petitioner based on her representation dated 13.05.2024. 1/4
2.The grievance of the petitioner is that she attempted to construct a staircase, her own husband's brother has raised objections and therefore, seeking police protection, she has filed this petition. 3.Heard the learned counsel on either side and also perused the materials placed on record.
4.This Court cannot issue a blanket order to provide police protection without knowing the civil rights of the respective parties. The petitioner is having a remedy before the appropriate civil Court. The respondent police is also not expected to interfere with the civil in nature issue. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to pass any orders in this petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to workout her remedy in the manner known to law. 11.06.2024 NCC :
