This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry on the basis of the complaint given by the third and fourth respondents.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based upon the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry has been undertaken in C.NO.1140/2021. Similarly on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent herein an enquiry has been undertaken in C.No.222 of 2021 and during the course of enquiry, it was found that it is purely civil dispute in respect of which a suit has also been filed by the petitioner before the District Munsif Court, Dindigul in O.S.No.161 of 2021 wherein the fourth respondent is the defendant , who is the son of the third respondent and on that basis the complaints came to be closed.

3. Since both complaints have been closed, nothing survives for further consideration and the question of harassment does not arise. Hence, this petition is disposed of.
