RESPONDENT / RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.o.P.(MD). No.8346/2022 dated 29.04.2022.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.B.MOHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8346 of 2022 on 29.04.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners have complied the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8346 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.7204 of 2022 of 2022 on 29.04.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on first working day of every month at 10.30 am until further orders. sd/- 05/07/2022 / TRUE COPY / /07/2022 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
