ORDER
Prayer sought for herein is for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the Impugned Order passed by the first respondent in his proceedings, dated 02.07.2021, in TN57/2021/510 dated 30.06.2021 and quash the same as illegal, and consequently, direct the first respondent to return the Original Driving License of the petitioner bearing Driving License No.TN-64-20140007460 to the petitioner, after removing the endorsement of license suspended. 2.Since the impugned order of suspension of the Driving License of the petitioner is for a period from 08.05.2021 to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P.(MD)No.13290 of 2021 R.Abinav v. The Regional Transport Authority 07.08.2021, which order, dated 30.06.2021, is under challenge, since the said suspension period itself was over by 07.08.2021, virtually, nothing survives in this writ petition to pursue further, and in this context, no further extension of time of suspension order is passed, as stated by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. Therefore, recording the same, since the period is over, it is to be noted that no further persuasive action can be taken in this writ petition from the point of view of the petitioner.
3.Hence, this Court, recording the same, dismissed this writ petition as infructuous. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
