RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.9773/2022 dt 02.06.2022 on the file of this Honourable Court and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MANOJ PRABAKAR.A, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9773 of 2022 on 02.06.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9773 of 2022 on 02.06.2022 is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a fifteen days, ie., on the first and fifteenth working day of every month at about 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
