RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition dated 06/02/2018 imposed on the petitioners by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) NO.1803 of 2018 on the file of this Honourable Court and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.APPADURAI, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI,Government Advocate (Criminal Side)for the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.1803 of 2018 on 06.02.2018.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly, and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly till date.

4. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.1803 of 2018 on 06.02.2018 is relaxed. However, the petitioners shall https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
