Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that final report has been filed by the respondent police in the above said crime number, before the concerned Court, hence, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present criminal original petition.

2.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this criminal original petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings, if so aggrieved by the contents of the final report.
