O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.04.2025 and appoint her as the Hereditary Trustee in Arulmighu Nacharammal Trust situated at Vandiyoor, Madurai North Taluk, Madurai District within a specified time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has already sent a representation on 23.04.2025, seeking to appoint her as the Hereditary Trustee in Arulmighu Nacharammal Trust situated at Vandiyoor, Madurai North Taluk, Madurai District. Since the said representation was not considered till date, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 23.04.2025 will be considered in accordance with law. 2/4

In view of the above, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, directs the respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 23.04.2025, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
