C O M M O N O R D E R These Writ petitions have been filed by the petitioners for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to dispose of the petitioners' representations, dated 03.05.2017 and 04.05.2017 respectively within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard, Mr.S.Parthasarathy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the main Writ petitions are taken up for final disposal.

4. Having regard to the limited scope of the prayer in the Writ petitions, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioners' case, this Court is inclined to issue the following direction:- "The respondents 1 to 3 are directed to consider the representations of the petitioners, dated 03.05.2017 and 04.05.2017, respectively and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."
