ORDER

The present transfer civil miscellaneous petitioner has been filed by the wife seeking to transfer of O.S.No.32 of 2022 on the file of District Munsif Court, Alangudi, Pudukottai District to be 1/4

transferred to District Munsif Court, Manapparai, Tiruchirappalli District.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent/husband submits that he has no objection for transferring the case from District Munsif Court, Alangudi, Pudukottai District to District Munsif Court, Manapparai, Tiruchirappalli District. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, O.S.No.32 of 2022 pending on the file of the District Munsif Court, Alangudi, Pudukottai District, is hereby withdrawn and transferred to the District Munsif Court, Manapparai, Tiruchirappalli District. The learned District Munsif, Manapparai is hereby directed to dispose of the suit, as expeditiously as possible, not later than 31.12.2023.

4.With the aforesaid observation, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
