2.The prayer in the writ petition is for forbearing the registering authority from returning the petition mentioned document. 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the seventh respondent submitted that the document in question has already been registered on 03.05.2023 and returned on 04.05.2023. Nothing survives for further adjudication.
