O R D E R

This petition has been filed, seeking to direct the 2nd respondent to take appropriate action based on the petitioner complaint dated 10.06.2017 in CSR.No.55 of 2017.

2. It is seen that the 3rd respondent is none other than the son of the petitioner and he has forcibly dispossessed the petitioner from the house and has been illegally withholding the keys of the house.

3. Learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, a petition enquiry in CSR No.55 of 2017 is pending.

4. In view of the above, the respondent police are directed to conduct enquiry in CSR No.55 of 2017 and ensure that the keys are handed over to the petitioner by the 3rd respondent and no harm befalls the petitioner.

With the above direction, this petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
