This writ petition has been filed, seeking to direct the third respondent to implement the Transfer order issued by the first respondent dated 30.05.2017 and consequently direct second respondent to relive the petitioner from Karur circle so as to enabling him to join in Thanjavur Circle.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner has circulated a letter to the registry for withdrawal of the case, based on the instructions given by the petitioner.
