ORDER

The petitioner seeks for quash of the FIR in Crime No.228 of 2025 on the file of the first respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate, on instructions, would submit that the investigation is completed and a final report in CC No.913 of 2025 has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Radhapuram, and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.
